Summer Fruit Salad

Fruits are packed with nutrients that are vital to our health, and make for a sweet and tasty treat. Try serving with yogurt for an easy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 oranges , peeled and sliced
  • 1 Cup strawberries, sliced 
  • 1 Cup pomegranate, seeds
  • 1/4 Cup sunflower seeds (raw), Unsalted 
  • 1 Cup mint, chopped
Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons

Directions

  1. Peel and slice oranges; slice strawberries
