Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken
This simple shredded slow cooker chicken is perfect for meal prep! A crock pot chicken breast recipe to use in your favorite recipe.

- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup water
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker crock. Add water, salt, and pepper to the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Chicken should have an internal temperature of 165◦F.
- Remove cooked chicken and shred with two forks.
